We use the pis­ta­chio's un­peeled to make the aro­ma even more in­tense. In com­bi­na­tion with our creamy milk and cream a smooth nut­ty taste is cre­at­ed.
   
Conte Del Pie­monte – Hazel­nuts
hazel­nuts from the Pie­mont are tru­ly no­ble. Ex­cel­lent smell and taste af­ter roast­ing are among others the rea­sons why the hazel­nut from Pie­mont is count­ed among the very best in the world. We make a clas­sic from the hazel nut which is marked by a slight nut aro­ma and a long last­ing taste with­out be­com­ing too lin­ger­ing.

A blend from the Ori­ent. The in­spi­ra­tion for this flavour was a street ven­dor in Mar­rakesh. We add­ed a hand­ful of fresh mint. So easy, so strik­ing, so re­fresh­ing.

A lot of sun­shine and the finest le­mons cre­ate a del­i­cate ice cream in which sweet­ness and sour­ness are in per­fect har­mony. There is noth­ing bet­ter at the height of sum­mer.
 
Au­tumn Plum – Plum Sor­bet
At the end of the sum­mer its time for ma­tured, jui­cy-sweet plums. We make a sor­bet out of it and refine it with gloves. The re­sult is an ice cream which is remi­nis­cent of plum cake and makes ev­ery bee go crazy!
